Effective date: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Batuhan Torun, publishing as NoviDoc Games ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the Block Puzzle mobile game (the "App") or contact us about it. This policy describes our practices; it does not itself provide consent for processing that requires your consent.
Who We Are
The data controller responsible for the App is Batuhan Torun, Hurma Mah., 210 Sk., Konyaalti, Antalya, Türkiye. For privacy questions and support, email support@novidoc.com.
This policy applies to the App and related support communications. App stores, advertising services, Game Center, and external websites also have their own privacy notices.
Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores your best score, sound and music volume, vibration preference, control sensitivity, completed-game counters used to schedule advertisements and review prompts, and your review-prompt response on your device. Consent tools may also store records of your advertising choices.
We do not provide a NoviDoc account or cloud-save service for these settings. Your operating system may include local app data in backups according to your settings. Leaderboard submissions and information sent to advertising, analytics, and diagnostic providers are separate from local storage, as described below.
Advertising and Privacy Choices
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to request and display interstitial advertisements between games. Ads may be preloaded, so an ad request can send information to Google before an advertisement appears.
Depending on your permissions and settings, Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, app interactions, and SDK crash and performance information. These services use information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve their services. The App does not request precise GPS location.
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks consent status and presents required advertising privacy forms before AdMob is initialized. Ads are requested only when UMP indicates that requests are permitted. Permission to request ads does not necessarily mean consent to personalized advertising. The available forms and ad types depend on your region, platform, choices, and the provider's configuration.
When available, open Settings → Privacy options to review or change regional advertising choices, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable advertising opt-outs. The App discards cached ads when those choices are refreshed and requests replacements only if permitted.
On iOS, where configured and required, the advertising consent flow can present Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission request. Access to the advertising identifier for tracking depends on that permission. You can change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Advertising consent and device tracking permission are separate choices. Device settings may also let you reset or limit advertising identifiers. Apple provides privacy-preserving ad installation attribution through SKAdNetwork, which may operate without tracking permission.
Google Analytics for Firebase
We plan to add Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and improve the game. It is not integrated into the version reviewed for this policy. The following applies to versions that include it.
When analytics collection is enabled, Google may process app-instance identifiers, device or vendor identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate country or region, and usage information such as first launches, app opens, sessions, engagement duration, and screen activity where recorded. Advertising identifiers may also be processed depending on the SDK configuration, consent, and platform permissions. We do not intend to send your name, email address, or precise GPS location to Analytics.
Analytics collection and advertising personalization are separate settings. Advertising privacy options and Apple's tracking permission do not by themselves disable all analytics collection. Collection depends on the App version's analytics configuration and applicable consent choices. The currently reviewed version has no analytics consent or opt-out control. Where consent is required, it must be obtained through an appropriate consent mechanism; this policy does not replace it. Contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights.
Sentry Crash, Error, and Performance Diagnostics
We use Sentry to identify technical problems and improve stability and performance. Sentry initializes at App startup and may receive error messages, stack traces, timestamps, app version, device and operating-system details, installation or session identifiers, session stability information, diagnostic activity records, and performance traces and timings.
The App does not assign a named user profile to Sentry and uses the SDK's default setting that disables optional default personal-information collection. Error messages and diagnostic records can still contain information relevant to an incident; reports are not guaranteed to be anonymous.
The current App has no separate in-app switch to disable Sentry reporting. Advertising privacy options and Apple's tracking permission do not disable Sentry diagnostics.
Game Center and Leaderboards
On iOS, the App attempts to sign in to Apple Game Center during startup using the platform's authentication flow. When a leaderboard is configured and the service is available, a new best score is submitted to Game Center. Apple processes scores and Game Center account information to provide rankings and related features. Your Game Center nickname, score, and ranking may be visible to other players according to Apple's settings.
We do not receive your Apple account password or operate a separate NoviDoc leaderboard account. Manage Game Center sign-in and profile privacy through your device's Game Center settings. Leaderboards may be unavailable when you are not signed in or the service cannot be reached.
Support and Store Interactions
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or technical information you choose to provide. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Review prompts can open an app store so you can leave a review. The store processes your account information and review under its own policies. The current App does not offer in-app purchases and does not collect payment-card information.
How We Use Information and Legal Bases
We use information to:
- provide gameplay, save preferences and best scores, and support leaderboards;
- deliver and measure advertisements and remember privacy choices;
- understand App usage and improve the game through analytics in versions that include it;
- diagnose errors and improve stability and performance;
- respond to support and privacy requests; and
- prevent misuse, protect rights, and comply with applicable law.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in maintaining and securing the App where those interests are not overridden by your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required, including for relevant analytics, advertising, tracking, or access to device information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it using available controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Sharing and Service Providers
We disclose information to Google and relevant advertising partners for advertising and consent management, Sentry for diagnostics, Apple for Game Center and store services, and email providers for support. In versions that include Firebase Analytics, Google also processes analytics information to provide usage reports. If analytics is linked to advertising services, information may also be used for advertising measurement and personalization where permitted by the configuration, your choices, and applicable law. Some providers process data on our behalf; others process it under their own policies. We do not sell your local game settings or support messages for money.
We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or safety, or establish or defend legal claims. If the App or business is transferred, relevant information may transfer to a successor subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Retention and Security
Local settings normally remain until overwritten, app data is cleared, or the App is removed. Device backups may retain or restore copies. Removing the App does not automatically erase previously submitted analytics, diagnostics, advertising data, support correspondence, or Game Center scores.
We retain support correspondence and other information under our control for as long as needed for the purposes described, including resolving requests and meeting legal obligations. Sentry diagnostics are subject to the project's retention settings; Google and Apple apply the retention practices described in their policies. Contact us for information about retention or deletion of records relating to you.
In versions that include Analytics, user-level and event-level analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics property's configured retention period. Standard aggregated reports may be retained for longer. The property's retention settings have not yet been established for the planned integration.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not ask players to provide their name, age, or contact details to play. It does not include an age-verification or parental-consent flow. Advertising and diagnostic services, and analytics when enabled in versions that include it, may process information automatically as described above. If you believe a child's information has been processed without authorization required by law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. You may also manage local data, backups, Game Center, and advertising permissions through available device and App controls.
Some advertising disclosures may qualify as a "sale", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under U.S. state law even without a monetary payment. Where applicable, use Settings → Privacy options when shown to exercise available opt-outs, or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send requests to support@novidoc.com. We may need reasonable information to verify a request and locate relevant records. Without a NoviDoc account, we may be unable to associate installation-based analytics or diagnostic records with your email address. Requests about Apple's Game Center account data or a provider's independent processing should also be directed to that provider.
International Processing
We are based in Türkiye. Providers may process information in other countries, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we rely on applicable contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards. Use of the App does not itself constitute consent to transfers where separate consent is required.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as the App or our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for relevant changes.
