This Privacy Policy explains how NoviDoc Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use BoltBound: Screw Puzzle (the “App”) and related services. The publisher’s identity is also shown on the App’s store listing. Our Terms of Use explain the rules for using the App. This policy describes data processing; it does not itself grant consent or replace consent required by law.
Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Support Information
The App does not require a NoviDoc account and does not ask for your name, physical address, or phone number. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide, to respond to your request.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) process app and device information. This can include app version, device and operating-system details, language, session activity, installation or device identifiers, IP addresses used to derive approximate location, and advertising identifiers where available under platform permissions and settings. The App does not request precise GPS location.
AdMob can also collect ad views and interactions, SDK crash and diagnostic information, and performance data such as app launch times. These data may be used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and improving Google’s services. Advertising identifiers are not the only identifiers these services may process.
1.3 Gameplay Data and Local Saves
The App stores selected and unlocked levels, coin balances, booster quantities, sound, music, vibration and other preferences, tutorial completion, daily-reward and wheel state, and review-prompt history on your device. The App does not provide a NoviDoc cloud-save service or public leaderboards. Your operating system may include local app data in device backups according to your settings.
Separately from local saves, the App sends Firebase events about level starts and results, attempt counts, time spent, level rewards, tutorial completion, offers viewed, coins spent, boosters and hints used, daily and wheel rewards, and rewarded-ad requests and outcomes. These events can include level numbers, item identifiers, reward amounts, and ad placement identifiers. Our custom gameplay events do not include your name or email address.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide gameplay, save progress and preferences, and deliver virtual items.
- Understand level difficulty, gameplay patterns, offers, and rewards.
- Provide and measure rewarded advertisements and purchases.
- Improve the App and diagnose technical problems.
- Respond to support requests, address misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, serve legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the App where those interests are not overridden by your rights, meet legal obligations, or rely on consent where required.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to offer rewarded video ads. Watching an ad is optional, but the App preloads an ad when the game starts and loads further ads as needed. Preloading can send information to Google before you choose to watch an ad. Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, network information, and ad interactions to deliver contextual or personalized ads where permitted, measure performance, limit repetition, and detect fraud. Their privacy policies also apply.
Device advertising and tracking settings may limit identifier access or personalization. These settings do not necessarily stop all ad requests, measurement, or analytics collection. The current App does not include an in-game advertising-consent or privacy-options screen.
Analytics and Diagnostics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and improve the game. Analytics starts automatically when the App launches; the current App has no in-game analytics opt-out switch. BoltBound does not integrate a separate crash-reporting service. The AdMob SDK may nevertheless send its own crash, diagnostic, and performance data as described above.
In-App Purchases
Optional purchases in the current iOS App are consumable coin packs processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment-card details. The App receives purchase status and product information from the store to deliver coins and finish transactions. Apple processes billing information under its own privacy policy.
The App also sends Firebase purchase and offer events. These can include product identifiers, price, currency, transaction identifiers where supplied by the store, and failure reasons. Purchase analytics can therefore contain transaction information, even though we do not receive your payment-card details.
Virtual Currency and Rewards
BoltBound is a free-to-play puzzle game for entertainment. Coins, boosters, rewards, and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money or real-world goods, and cannot be traded outside the App. Purchases provide virtual content for gameplay.
Data Sharing
Google processes analytics and advertising information through Firebase Analytics and AdMob. Advertising data may be shared with Google’s advertising partners for the purposes described above; these recipients do not all act solely on our behalf. Apple processes store transactions, and email providers process support messages. We do not sell your support messages or local game saves.
We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect users, our rights, or public safety. External websites opened from the App handle visits under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention
Local saves normally remain until app data is cleared or the App is removed. Device backups may retain or restore copies separately. Removing the App does not automatically delete analytics already submitted to Google or store transaction records.
Support correspondence and information processed for us are retained for as long as needed for the purposes above, including applicable legal obligations and disputes. Google’s analytics retention settings and provider retention policies also apply. Contact us to request information about retention or deletion of records relating to you.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
BoltBound is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of online services and purchases. If you believe a child’s information has been collected without authorization required by law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. The current App does not include an age gate or parental-consent flow; automatic SDK collection is described above.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can manage local app data, backups, advertising identifiers, and tracking permissions through device settings where available. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a data protection authority.
Send requests to support@novidoc.com. We may need reasonable information to verify your request and locate records. Without a NoviDoc account, we may be unable to link some installation-based records to your email address. Requests concerning Apple billing or Google’s own processing should also be directed to that provider. Clearing local saves or restricting advertising identifiers does not automatically delete previously collected data.
International Users
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including countries with different data protection laws. Their applicable terms and transfer safeguards govern that processing. Using the App does not itself constitute consent to international transfers where separate consent is required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy as the App or our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for relevant changes.
